Thực tập sinh F&B - F&B Intern

• Perform all mise-en-place duties and responsibilities accurately and on time, according to established standards and instructions.
• Assist in delivering food and beverage service in line with the standard service sequence and hotel protocols.
• Develop thorough knowledge of the menu, drinks list, and wine list to support the service team and respond to guest inquiries when appropriate.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by providing friendly, efficient, and attentive service that meets or exceeds expectations.
• Coordinate with kitchen, stewarding, bar, and housekeeping teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Handle the collection and delivery of restaurant linen and laundry in accordance with hotel procedures.
• Retrieve and return supplies from the storeroom following inventory and requisition protocols.
• Report any maintenance or housekeeping issues to supervisors to ensure the restaurant remains in excellent condition.
• Assist in maintaining hygiene and cleanliness standards by participating in front-of-house and back-of-house cleaning tasks as directed.
• Handle minor guest complaints when possible, or escalate them promptly to supervisors

• Thời gian làm việc: 5 ngày/tuần, nghỉ 2 ngày linh hoạt.

• Currently a student or a recent graduate in Tourism, Hospitality, Restaurant Management, or Service Management.
• Passionate about the service industry and eager to build a career in the Food & Beverage sector.
• Possesses good communication skills, a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.
• Able to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Basic English communication skills are an advantage.
