Mô tả công việc

Chuẩn bị công việc trước ca, kiểm tra quầy thu ngân, máy móc, dụng cụ và sổ giao ca/Prepare for the shift by checking cashier counter, equipment, and handover logbook.
Đảm bảo đủ tiền lẻ và các biểu mẫu (giấy order, phiếu giảm giá, v.v.) theo định mứC/Ensure petty cash and necessary forms (order slips, discount vouchers, etc.) are available.
Rà soát hóa đơn ca trước, xử lý thanh toán cho khách chính xác và nhanh chóng/Review previous shift’s bills and process payments accurately and efficiently.
In hóa đơn từ hệ thống, áp dụng giảm giá (nếu có), đảm bảo đúng bàn và đúng số tiền/Print bills from the POS system, apply discounts, and ensure each bill matches the correct table and amount.
Nhận và kiểm đếm tiền từ nhân viên phục vụ, thối tiền rõ ràng, chính xác/Receive and count payments from service staff, return change clearly and accurately.
Xử lý thanh toán bằng thẻ (Visa, MasterCard, ATM, tín dụng, v.v.) đúng quy trình/Process card payments (Visa, MasterCard, ATM, credit cards, etc.) correctly.
Kiểm tra thông tin xuất hóa đơn VAT, gửi yêu cầu cho bộ phận Kế toán chính xác, kịp thời/Verify VAT invoice details and forward requests accurately to the Accounting Department.
Báo cáo doanh thu cuối ca và nộp tiền theo quy định/Reconcile end-of-shift sales and submit cash as required.
Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo sự phân công của Quản lý/Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

Có kinh nghiệm làm thu ngân trong nhà hàng, khách sạn hoặc ngành dịch vụ tương đương/Previous cashiering experience in restaurants, hotels, or similar service environments.
Thành thạo máy tính, phần mềm POS và kỹ năng xử lý số liệu chính xác/Proficient in POS systems and accurate in numerical handling.
Trung thực, cẩn thận, nhanh nhẹn, có trách nhiệm trong công việc/Honest, detail-oriented, proactive, and responsible.
Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt, thái độ lịch sự, thân thiện với khách hàng/Strong communication skills with a polite and customer-oriented attitude.
Có thể làm việc theo ca và phối hợp tốt với các bộ phận khác/Able to work shifts and collaborate effectively with other departments.
