Digital Marketing Executive/Nhân viên Truyền thông & Tiếp thị

• Build, implement, and manage digital marketing activities (SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing) to strengthen brand presence and improve conversion rates.
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid ads across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok) to drive quality traffic and conversions. 
• Manage, operate, and optimize the website to ensure smooth performance, regular content updates, enhanced UX/UI, and SEO optimization for better user experience.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, report on ROI and KPIs, and propose adjustments for better results.
• Collaborate with related teams to manage brand reputation on key platforms such as Google Review, Golfscape, TripAdvisor, and other relevant digital channels.
• Support marketing activities, including writing and editing content for the website, social media, marketing collateral, and brand campaigns.
• Review and ensure the accuracy and consistency of all marketing materials, visuals, and digital content in line with brand guidelines.
• Assist with communications for tournaments, brand campaigns, sales initiatives, and e-commerce activities.
• Saty updated with market trends, forecast performance, and proposed suitable marketing solutions to optimize revenue and enhance customer experience.

• 1 - 2 years of experience in digital marketing, website management, or related fields.
• Experience with social media advertising, SEO, and content creation is preferred.
• Familiarity with the hospitality, tourism, or golf industry is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, E-commerce, or related fields.
