The Director of Sales & Marketing is responsible for leading the hotel’s commercial strategy to maximize revenue, market share, and brand performance across all business segments. This role oversees sales, marketing, and revenue initiatives, ensuring alignment with IHG standards and the hotel’s business objectives while inspiring a high-performing team to deliver exceptional results.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 8-10 years of progressive experience in Sales & Marketing within the hospitality industry, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful commercial strategies that drive revenue growth, market share, and brand positioning.
• Strong background in managing diverse market segments including Corporate, MICE, Leisure, and Online/TA.
• Demonstrated success in budget management, forecasting, and team performance optimization.
• Proficient in digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, and IHG’s sales tools and processes.
• Excellent leadership and people management abilities, capable of motivating and developing a high-performing sales & marketing team.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build and maintain key stakeholder relationships.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage.
