Director of Sales C&E

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• Professional training or certifications in Event Management, Sales Leadership, or Revenue Optimization are advantageous.

Experience:

• Minimum 6–8 years of experience in hotel Sales & Events, including at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role managing the C&E segment.
• Proven track record in achieving event revenue targets, developing key client accounts, and driving market share growth.
• Strong experience in handling large-scale conferences, weddings, and social events.
• Prior experience in an international hotel brand or MICE-focused property is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with IHG systems, event management tools, and brand standards is an advantage.

• Excellent sales, communication, and negotiation skills, capable of building long-term client relationships.
• Strategic thinker with solid understanding of market trends, competitor landscape, and customer needs.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, ensuring smooth coordination between sales, banquet, and operations teams.
• Proficient in event management software, CRM systems (e.g., Delphi, Opera, IHG Concerto), and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Creative, proactive, and adaptable in a dynamic and competitive hospitality environment.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
