Marketing Trainee / Thực Tập Sinh Marketing

• Assist in the creation of marketing materials across various channels (social media, website, email, print).

• Design visually engaging content such as social media graphics, flyers, banners, and basic video edits using tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) or Canva.

• Ensure all visual content aligns with the company's brand guidelines and identity.

2. Photography & Visual Content Production:

• Plan, set up, and execute photo shoots for products, events, and marketing campaigns.

• Edit and retouch photographs to a professional standard for use on digital platforms and printed materials.

• Manage and organize the company's library of visual assets (photos and videos).

3. General Marketing Support:

• Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the Marketing team's operations.

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Photography, or a related field.

• Can do a 4 - 6 months internship onsite at JW Marriott Cam Ranh Bay Resort & Spa.

• Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva or equivalent).

• Basic to intermediate photography skills, including knowledge of lighting and composition, and proficiency in photo editing software (e.g., Lightroom, Photoshop).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• A portfolio demonstrating design and/or photography work is highly desirable.
