Mô tả công việc

This position shall be the pioneer Sales Person taking the role of building and establishing Sales Team & System for the company in order to reach out potential Phở market:

Responsibilities:

• Full time, permanent contract

• Team leader role

• Report to Deputy Director

• Establish, develop and execute sales system to drive business in new and existing food & beverage market

• Be in charge of Sales strategies and planning

• Be in charge of sales activities for 7 existing restaurant branches and future growth, focusing on tours, meeting groups, corporate events, hi-end clients...

• Committed with Sales revenues and incentive packages

• Build, maintain and develop customer database

• Customer relationship management

• Sales reports

• Be always acknowledgeable of competitors’ initiatives and market’s trends to ensure sales remain competitive and cutting edge.

• Ensure high standards of personal presentation and work professionalism.

• Attract and train sales talents.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing...or related fields

• 3+ years of sales experience, team leader's experience is a plus

• Fluent written and spoken English

• Preferably experiences in hotel/F&B sales, especially in group sales, travel agent, corporate event segments...
