Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and inspire the Front Office team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Oversee daily operations, including reception, concierge, and guest services.
- Ensure smooth check-in/out procedures and handle guest feedback professionally.
- Work closely with other departments to maintain service excellence and operational efficiency.
- Uphold IHG brand standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Yêu cầu công việc
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Hotel Management or Business Administration
- A minimum of 05 years’ experience in Front Office or Guest Services, including management experience in a comparable role within international hotel groups
- Proficient in hotel management systems, particularly Opera
- Fluent in English; additional language proficiency will be considered an asset
- Demonstrates a professional and polished manner with strong leadership and interpersonal skills
