Mô tả công việc
- Receive, inspect, and verify all goods delivered to the hotel. / Tiếp nhận, kiểm tra và xác nhận hàng hóa giao đến khách sạn.
- Ensure all items match purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes. / Đối chiếu hàng hóa với đơn đặt hàng, hóa đơn và phiếu giao hàng.
- Check product quality, expiry dates, and storage conditions. / Kiểm tra chất lượng, hạn sử dụng và điều kiện bảo quản của hàng hóa.
- Record and update all receiving data in the system. / Ghi nhận và cập nhật dữ liệu hàng nhận trong hệ thống.
- Coordinate with Purchasing, Kitchen, and Store departments for smooth operations. / Phối hợp với bộ phận Thu mua, Bếp để đảm bảo quy trình vận hành trơn tru.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the receiving area. / Giữ khu vực tiếp nhận hàng luôn sạch sẽ và an toàn

Yêu cầu công việc
- Experience in Receiving, Store, or Purchasing (preferably in hotels). / Có kinh nghiệm tại vị trí Tiếp nhận hàng, Kho hoặc Thu mua (ưu tiên trong khách sạn).
- Basic knowledge of food, beverage, and inventory control. / Có kiến thức cơ bản về thực phẩm, đồ uống và kiểm soát hàng tồn.
- Strong attention to detail, honesty, and responsibility. / Tỉ mỉ, trung thực và có tinh thần trách nhiệm cao.
- Computer literacy and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. / Biết sử dụng máy tính và làm việc tốt trong môi trường năng động.
