I. RESPONSIBILITIES & TRAINING PROGRAM:


1. Recruitment – Talent Acquisition:

  • Learn about the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding
  • Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements.
  • Support candidate screening, CV tracking, and interview scheduling.
  • Coordinate with HODs for recruitment needs.
  • Learn to handle onboarding checklists and documentation.

2. Compensation & Benefits (C&B) – Compliance:

  • Learn VN labor law principles and HR compliance standards.
  • Help collect and update staff attendance and timesheet data.
  • Assist with benefit tracking: meals, uniforms,
  • Support in preparing offer letters, and termination forms.
  • Participate in and support staff engagement activities

3. Training – L&D:

  • Learn how to support training logistics: including materials, translation, organizing training schedule

4. Admin and Communication Skill Development:

  • Practice formal email writing and HR-style communication.
  • Organize digital folders and documents following SOP structure.
  • Learn to prepare basic reports using Excel (filter, sort, sum).
  • Communicate clearly with line managers, especially regarding recruitment status and timesheets.

  • Hands-on HR experience in a fast-paced F&B environment.
  • Support Allowances: 1,999,000 VND/month + Parking Fee + PC
  • Internship Certificate: Provided with company stamp upon completion internship

Yêu cầu công việc

  • University student or fresh graduate majoring in Human Resources, Business Ad, or a related field.
  • English communication (verbal and written).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and administrative tasks.
  • Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
