Mô tả công việc

I. RESPONSIBILITIES & TRAINING PROGRAM:

1. Recruitment – Talent Acquisition:

Learn about the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding
Assist in drafting and posting job advertisements.
Support candidate screening, CV tracking, and interview scheduling.
Coordinate with HODs for recruitment needs.
Learn to handle onboarding checklists and documentation.

2. Compensation & Benefits (C&B) – Compliance:

Learn VN labor law principles and HR compliance standards.
Help collect and update staff attendance and timesheet data.
Assist with benefit tracking: meals, uniforms,
Support in preparing offer letters, and termination forms.
Participate in and support staff engagement activities

3. Training – L&D:

Learn how to support training logistics: including materials, translation, organizing training schedule

4. Admin and Communication Skill Development:

Practice formal email writing and HR-style communication.
Organize digital folders and documents following SOP structure.
Learn to prepare basic reports using Excel (filter, sort, sum).
Communicate clearly with line managers, especially regarding recruitment status and timesheets.

Hands-on HR experience in a fast-paced F&B environment.
Support Allowances: 1,999,000 VND/month + Parking Fee + PC
Internship Certificate: Provided with company stamp upon completion internship

Yêu cầu công việc

University student or fresh graduate majoring in Human Resources, Business Ad, or a related field.
English communication (verbal and written).
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and administrative tasks.
Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
