Thực hiện các thủ tục đặt chỗ
• Ensure all reservations are entered accurately and updates are maintained consistently
Đảm bảo tất cả các yêu cầu đặt chỗ được nhập chính xác và cập nhật được duy trì nhất quán
• Provide timely flow of information in accordance with the required sales administration process
Cung cấp luồng thông tin kịp thời phù hợp với quy trình quản trị bán hàng được yêu cầu
• Maintain frequent and open communications with Sales Managers
Duy trì liên lạc thường xuyên và cởi mở với Người quản lý bán hàng
• Responsible for inventory in the absence of Revenue Management Manager
Chịu trách nhiệm về hàng tồn kho khi vắng mặt Quản lý doanh thu
• Maintain customer profile and customer files
Duy trì hồ sơ khách hàng và các tệp khách hàng
• Submit the reports in a timely manner.
Gửi các báo cáo một cách kịp thời.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.
Tuân thủ tất cả các chính sách và thủ tục của công ty.
• Work with, develop positive relationship with, communicate with and coordinate activities with other employees in Sales & Marketing, Operations, Finance, Housekeeping, Engineering, Security and Human Resources.

Yêu cầu công việc
Bằng cử nhân trong lĩnh vực liên quan
• Minimum 2 years in the hospitality industry, preferably in the Reservations Dept. or Sales Department
Tối thiểu 2 năm trong ngành khách sạn, ưu tiên làm việc tại Phòng đặt chỗ hoặc Phòng kinh doanh
• Literacy in software applications, preferably in travel and hospitality operating software
Biết đọc biết viết trong các ứng dụng phần mềm, ưu tiên sử dụng phần mềm điều hành du lịch và khách sạn
• Detail-oriented and highly reliable in thorough execution and follow-through
Định hướng chi tiết và có độ tin cậy cao trong quá trình thực hiện và theo dõi kỹ lưỡng
• Ability to work well in stressful & high-pressure situations
Khả năng làm việc tốt trong các tình huống căng thẳng và áp lực cao
