adherence to hygiene standards, food safety, and operational procedures. The Steward Supervisor also supports and trains staff to maintain
the highest quality of service.- Key Responsibilities:
Staff Management
Supervise and coordinate daily tasks of stewarding staff.
Train and guide staff on work procedures and food safety standards.
Conduct performance evaluations and skill development for staff.
Ensure Food Safety and Hygiene
Ensure all kitchen and dining areas are clean and comply with food safety standards.
Oversee the cleaning and storage of kitchen equipment and utensils.
Manage Assets and Equipment
Ensure all equipment and utensils are used correctly and maintained regularly.
Manage and inventory kitchen tools and cleaning supplies.
Reporting and Support
Report issues related to hygiene and food safety to upper management.
Assist other departments as needed to ensure smooth operations of the restaurant/hotel.

Yêu cầu công việc
Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a supervisory role.
Skills: Excellent communication skills, teamwork, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Knowledge: Understanding of food safety standards, kitchen operational procedures
