Laundry Manager - Park Hyatt Phu Quoc - Pre-opening Stage

Job Overview:
The Laundry Manager oversees the daily operations of the Laundry Department, ensuring efficient, high-quality service for both guest and internal laundry while maintaining Park Hyatt’s brand standards of luxury, cleanliness, and attention to detail.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all laundry operations for guest, staff, and hotel linen.
• Maintain the smooth and efficient running of the department according to Hyatt’s brand and operational standards.
• Ensure proper use, maintenance, and inventory control of laundry equipment, supplies, and chemicals.
• Monitor productivity, cost control, and overall laundry quality to meet both financial and guest satisfaction goals.
• Conduct daily briefings, manage scheduling, and coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments.
• Handle guest requests and complaints professionally, ensuring timely resolution.
• Implement training, performance reviews, and career development for laundry team members.
• Support sustainability and innovation by adopting new technology and efficient work processes.
• Ensure hygiene, safety, and security standards are strictly followed.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar position within a 5-star hotel or luxury resort.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of laundry operations, equipment maintenance, and cost control.
• Experience working in pre-opening or large-scale operations is an advantage.
