Supervisor - Flower Shop

Job Overview:
The Team Leader – Flower Shop supports the Housekeeping management in overseeing all floral arrangements across the resort — including guest rooms, villas, public areas, and special events — ensuring every design reflects Park Hyatt’s luxury aesthetics and brand standards.

Main Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily flower arrangement activities for guest rooms, villas, public areas, restaurants, and events.
• Plan, design, and maintain floral displays in accordance with Park Hyatt’s elegant style.
• Inspect all arrangements to ensure freshness, color harmony, and presentation quality.
• Manage flower inventory, requisition materials, and ensure proper storage and care of flowers and tools.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B, Events, and Front Office teams to meet operational and guest requirements.
• Handle guest and internal requests courteously and efficiently, ensuring satisfaction.
• Train and guide Florists to develop creativity, technique, and efficiency.
• Monitor cost control while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Uphold hygiene, safety, and grooming standards at all times.
• Maintain strong collaboration and communication within the Housekeeping team and across departments.

• Previous experience in laundry or housekeeping preferred (especially in a luxury hotel or resort).
• Basic knowledge of laundry operations, equipment, and chemicals.
• Attention to detail, good teamwork, and time management skills.
• Ability to work shifts and perform physical tasks efficiently.
• Service-minded with a positive attitude.
