Position Summary: The Gaming Technical Supervisor oversees the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of slot gaming equipment, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with regulations. This role requires supervising a team of technicians, coordinating with management, and supporting the Assistant Technical Manager in operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of gaming technicians, ensuring adherence to operational and safety standards.
Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of slot gaming systems and equipment.
Conduct performance checks and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
Monitor compliance of gaming systems with regulatory standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to support uninterrupted gaming operations.
Maintain accurate logs of repairs, inspections, and maintenance schedules.
Train team members on equipment operation and troubleshooting techniques.
Coordinate system updates, including hardware and software upgrades.
Serve as a point of escalation for complex technical issues.
Collaborate with vendors for technical support and procurement of parts.
Prepare technical reports and present findings to the Assistant Technical Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

Requirement:

Diploma or degree in Electronics, IT, or a related technical field.
2-4 years of experience in a gaming technical role, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
Proficiency in slot gaming systems, hardware, and software.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
Knowledge of industry compliance and safety regulations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
