Gaming Technical Supervisor

OVERVIEW OF POSITION

• Lead a team of gaming technicians, ensuring adherence to operational and safety standards.
• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of slot gaming systems and equipment.
• Conduct performance checks and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Monitor compliance of gaming systems with regulatory standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to support uninterrupted gaming operations.
• Maintain accurate logs of repairs, inspections, and maintenance schedules.
• Train team members on equipment operation and troubleshooting techniques.
• Coordinate system updates, including hardware and software upgrades.
• Serve as a point of escalation for complex technical issues.
• Collaborate with vendors for technical support and procurement of parts.
• Prepare technical reports and present findings to the Assistant Technical Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

• Diploma or degree in Electronics, IT, or a related technical field.
• 2-4 years of experience in a gaming technical role, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
• Proficiency in slot gaming systems, hardware, and software.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
