Mô tả công việc

HR Trainee is responsible for providing secretarial and administrative support to the Assistant Human Resources Manager.
Support in recruiting (proceed the application and interview; post-interview follow-up and on-boarding support).
Participating in the pre-training preparation, post-training follow-up and input the training hours record for each department and properties.
Coordinating in-house activities monthly.
Handle other tasks as assigned by the Assistant HR Manager.
