Mô tả công việc

The F&B Sales Manager is responsible for driving banquet and catering revenue through effective sales strategies, client relationship management, and seamless event coordination. This role partners closely with the operations team to ensure each event — from business meetings to grand celebrations — reflects the Holiday Inn brand standards and delivers exceptional guest experiences.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in hotel Sales & Events or Banquet Sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role within the F&B segment.
Proven track record in handling corporate events, weddings, and social functions, from planning to execution.
Strong business acumen with the ability to identify market opportunities, maximize revenue, and achieve sales targets.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, capable of maintaining and developing strong client relationships.
Knowledge of hotel banquet operations, menu planning, and event logistics to ensure seamless coordination between Sales, Kitchen, and Service teams.
Proficient in CRM and event management systems (e.g., Delphi, Opera, IHG Concerto) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience working with international hotel brands or MICE-focused properties is an advantage.
Creative, proactive, and adaptable with a customer-centric mindset.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
