Marketing Assistant Manager / Supervisor

• Assist in the development and implementation of the hotel’s annual marketing and communications plan.
• Manage all digital marketing channels, including the hotel website, social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), and email marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Create compelling and high-quality content (visual and written) that reflects the Sofitel brand identity.
• Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns for F&B outlets, promotions, room packages, and hotel events.
• Manage public relations activities, foster relationships with media, influencers, and key partners.
• Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing regular reports with insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Ensure all marketing collateral and communications are aligned with Sofitel and Accor brand guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales, F&B, and operational teams to ensure seamless execution of promotions and initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of marketing executive experience, preferably within the luxury hospitality, travel, or lifestyle industry.
• Proven expertise in digital marketing, including social media management, SEO/SEM, and content creation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Vietnamese.
• A creative mindset with strong attention to detail and project management abilities.
• Proficiency with marketing analytics tools and MS Office. Experience with design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
