General Accountant / Kế toán tổng hợp

The General Accountantis responsible for managing daily accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations. This role supports the financial integrity of Hotel Academy Sài Gòn_The HUB Sài gòn and contributes to the smooth functioning of the business and financial activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.

- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and billing reconciliation.

- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.

- Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and financial analysis.

- Deliver high-quality Accounting and Finance courses to students in line with EHL and HAVN standards

- Collaborate with academic teams to integrate practical financial knowledge into the curriculum.

- Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and responding to audit inquiries.

- Ensure compliance with Vietnamese accounting standards (VAS), tax regulations, and hotel industry norms.

- Process payroll and related tax declarations in collaboration with HR.

- Monitor and report on fixed assets and inventory management.

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial procedures are understood and followed.

- Recommend improvements to accounting systems and procedures.

• Tham gia các lớp huấn luyện kĩ năng nghiệp vụ Giảng viên theo tiêu chuẩn VET by EHL Thuỵ Sĩ

• Cử nhân chuyên ngành Kế toán, Tài chính hoặc các lĩnh vực liên quan.
• Tối thiểu 2–3 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí kế toán tương tự, ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực khách sạn hoặc giáo dục.
• Tiếng Anh giao tiếp tốt và có khả năng truyền đạt trong giảng dạy
• Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt
• Kỹ năng tổ chức, quản lý thời gian và điều phối.
• Thành thạo tin học văn phòng, có kinh nghiệm sử dụng LMS là lợi thế.
• Kỹ năng giao tiếp, xử lý tình huống và phối hợp đa phòng ban.
