Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the Executive Housekeeper in managing daily housekeeping operations to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.
• Supervise and train the team to ensure rooms and public areas are spotless and presented according to TUI BLUE brand standards.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest service and quick room turnaround.
• Monitor inventory, control costs, and ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or assistant housekeeping role in a 4–5-star hotel & resort
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented, guest-focused, and proactive
• Knowledge of cleaning standards, materials, and modern housekeeping systems
