Mô tả công việc

Đón tiếp và phục vụ khách hàng một cách thân thiện, chu đáo (Greet and serve customers in a friendly and attentive manner).
Nhận order, phục vụ món ăn và đồ uống đúng quy trình (Take orders and serve food and beverages according to proper procedures).
Đảm bảo khu vực phục vụ luôn sạch sẽ, gọn gàng, đúng tiêu chuẩn (Ensure the service area is always clean, tidy, and meets standards).
Hỗ trợ đồng nghiệp trong ca làm và phối hợp tốt với các bộ phận khác (Support colleagues during shifts and coordinate effectively with other departments).

Quyền lợi được hưởng

Gross salary + monthly service charge + tip
Thưởng cuối năm (year-end bonus)
Allowance for lunch, parking fee (Phụ cấp cơm trưa, gởi xe miễn phí).
12 days Annual leave (12 ngày nghỉ phép năm theo quy định pháp luật).
SHUI by labor law (Chính sách Bảo hiểm theo Luật định)

Yêu cầu công việc

• Có kinh nghiệm trong ngành F&B là lợi thế, không bắt buộc (Previous experience in F&B service is an advantage but not required).

• Hiểu biết cơ bản về đồ ăn và thức uống là ưu tiên (Basic knowledge of food and beverages is preferred).

• Có thể làm việc theo ca, cuối tuần và ngày lễ (Ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays).

• Kỹ năng giao tiếp và ứng xử tốt (Good communication and interpersonal skills).
