Mô tả công việc

Assisting in the management and supervision of subordinate members and seasonal workers under their leadership/management, ensuring that all assigned/requested tasks at the business point are performed on time and in accordance with the instructions and departmental standards
Receiving and recording restaurant reservations/cancellations according to departmental standards. Confirm reservations by phone or email daily
Receiving food and beverage orders according to customers' requests and preferences
Providing food and beverage services in accordance with departmental standards and procedures
Ensuring all food and beverages are served according to service standards
Promote and advertise food and beverage offers at every possible opportunity to maximize sales revenue. Cross-selling other dining locations when the current business location is full
Supervising and supporting activities at the assigned work location, and supervising the operation of the point of sale when the management is absent

Male/ Female in good health to participate in the internship at the property.
Good attitude, hardworking, enthusiastic, and honest in the workplace.
