Sales Execution & Business Development
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the Director of Sales.
• Actively source, qualify, and convert new business opportunities within assigned market segments.
• Prepare and conduct sales calls, site inspections, client entertainment, and presentations to generate leads and close business.
• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, DMCs, and other business partners.
• Identify potential new accounts and prepare tailored proposals to meet client needs.
• Participate in trade shows, sales missions, and networking events to increase the hotel’s visibility and expand market reach.
Account Management
• Maintain up-to-date profiles and records for all key accounts in the CRM system.
• Handle negotiations and contracting for assigned accounts under the guidance of the Director of Sales.
• Ensure timely follow-up and post-event servicing to enhance client retention and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Reservations and Revenue teams to confirm bookings, rates, and room allocations.
• Monitor account performance and identify opportunities to grow business volume.
Revenue & Market Intelligence
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to adjust sales approaches.
• Provide accurate weekly and monthly sales reports to the Director of Sales.
• Support the Revenue Management team in implementing pricing and need-period strategies.
• Contribute ideas for promotions, packages, and tactical campaigns to maximize revenue.

Yêu cầu công việc
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in hotel sales, preferably in the corporate or MICE segment.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
• Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
• Familiar with sales systems, CRM, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Well-presented and professionally groomed at all times.
