What’s the Job?
As Graphic Executive at Rêve HCMC, you’ll bring the hotel’s brand story and creative vision to life through thoughtful, visually compelling design. You’ll develop and manage all visual communication materials — both digital and print — ensuring every piece reflects the artistry, elegance, and individuality of the Rêve brand, while staying aligned with IHG’s brand standards.
Your Day to Day
Design and produce creative materials for marketing, communications, and promotions — including print, digital, and social media assets.
Act as the brand guardian for Rêve HCMC and IHG visual identities, ensuring consistent and correct use of all design elements, including logos, typography, and colors.
Manage and maintain all outlet sub-brand logos (F&B, Spa, Events, etc.) in accordance with IHG design standards.
Collaborate with the Marketing, Sales, and F&B teams to conceptualize and execute campaigns that enhance brand visibility and guest engagement.
Update, refine, and maintain hotel collaterals, menus, brochures, digital screens, and other marketing materials.
Coordinate with external vendors, photographers, and printers to ensure high-quality production and timely delivery of materials.
Support the creation of photo and video content that captures the essence of Rêve HCMC’s design and atmosphere.
Track and manage design requests, project timelines, and approvals to maintain efficient workflow.
Stay updated on design trends, competitor activities, and local market dynamics to bring fresh, relevant ideas.
Provide professional and courteous service, reflecting IHG’s True Hospitality in every interaction.

Yêu cầu công việc
Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related discipline.
Proven design experience — ideally within hospitality, lifestyle, or luxury brands.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, etc.).
Strong creative vision, attention to detail, and understanding of brand consistency.
Familiarity with digital content creation and print production.
Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
Good communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
