Mô tả công việc
o Control Engineering stores and assist Materials Department with purchases of engineering spares and consumables.
o Process all job-related administration work and operate the ordering system in accordance with the departmental standards.
o Control the issues and consumption of store items and consumables.
o Prepare Purchase Requests and follow up with Purchasing Department in the purchase of Engineering items.
o Follow up on job completion and feedback information to the computer for correct allocation of all cost to the individual department.
o Set up an efficient network of communication within the department and with other departments.
o Have a full working knowledge and capability to supervise, correct and demonstrate all duties and tasks required for the position.

Yêu cầu công việc
o 1-2 years of work experience in a similar role at Hospitality management experience.
o High school diploma or equivalent.
o Highly organized.
o Highly ethical behavior.
o Effective communicator.
o Motivational skills.
