Mô tả công việc
- Check and record daily food and beverage receiving reports.
- Verify store requisitions and ensure proper authorization and pricing.
- Assist in updating and maintaining inventory records and cost data in the accounting system.
- Prepare daily food and beverage cost reports.
- Conduct random spot checks in storerooms and kitchens to ensure compliance with cost control procedures.
- Support month-end inventory count and reconciliation.
- Assist in preparing cost analysis reports and variance explanations.
- Ensure that all transfers, returns, and wastages are properly recorded and approved.
- Coordinate with Purchasing, Receiving, and Kitchen departments to ensure data accuracy.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by Cost Controller or Chief Accountant.

Yêu cầu công việc
At least 1 year of experience in cost control or accounting, preferably in hospitality or F&B industry.
Basic knowledge of inventory management and accounting systems.
Good computer skills (Excel, POS, and accounting software).
Detail-oriented, honest, and well-organized.
Good English communication is an advantage.
