Mô tả công việc

Thực hiện thanh toán cho khách, xử lý các hình thức thanh toán (tiền mặt, thẻ, chuyển khoản)/ (Handle customer payments and process various payment methods (cash, card, transfer).
Quản lý và bảo quản tiền mặt, hóa đơn /(Manage and safeguard cash, receipts).
Hỗ trợ sắp xếp, dọn dẹp khu vực phục vụ, quầy thu ngân và khu vực ăn uống/ (Assist in setting up and cleaning service areas, cashier counter, and dining area).
Giải đáp thắc mắc, xử lý khiếu nại nhỏ của khách hàng trong phạm vi cho phép/ (Handle basic customer inquiries and minor complaints within authority).
Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo yêu cầu của quản lý/ (Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor/manager).

Yêu cầu công việc

Có kinh nghiệm trong ngành F&B là lợi thế (Previous experience in F&B service is an advantage ).
Có thể làm việc theo ca, cuối tuần và ngày lễ (Ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays).
Kỹ năng giao tiếp và ứng xử tốt (Good communication and interpersonal skills).
Giao tiếp tiếng anh tốt/ (Good English communication).
