Reservation Handling
• Handle all reservation requests by phone, email, or online channels promptly and professionally.
• Check room availability, rates, and book details accurately before confirming reservations.
• Enter and update reservations in the Property Management System (PMS) and reservation systems.
• Ensure that all information such as guest name, contact, payment method, arrival/departure date, and special requests are accurately recorded.
• Send booking confirmations and respond to guest inquiries in a courteous and timely manner.
• Coordinate with Front Office and Housekeeping regarding room status and special arrangements.
• Monitor and manage cancellations, amendments, and no-shows in accordance with hotel policies.
Revenue & Yield Support
• Promote upselling of room types, packages, and additional services (e.g., breakfast, transfers, spa).
• Ensure all bookings are made at correct rates and conditions based on the hotel’s pricing structure.
• Assist in maintaining proper rate parity across all channels (direct, OTA, corporate).
• Support the Reservation Manager and Revenue team in optimizing occupancy and room revenue.

Yêu cầu công việc
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in hotel reservations, front office, or customer service.
• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Excellent communication and telephone handling skills.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written).
• Strong computer literacy, with experience using hotel systems (e.g., Opera, SynXis, or similar PMS).
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational skills.
• Positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and customer-focused mindset.
• Well-presented and professional at all times.
