Mô tả công việc

Quản lý và điều hành toàn bộ hoạt động vận chuyển của khách sạn (xe đưa đón khách, nhân viên, hàng hóa). / Manage and supervise all hotel transportation activities including guest, staff, and goods transfers.
Đảm bảo lịch trình xe được sắp xếp hợp lý, hiệu quả và đúng giờ. / Ensure vehicle schedules are efficiently arranged and punctual.
Giám sát đội ngũ tài xế, đảm bảo tác phong chuyên nghiệp, tuân thủ quy định an toàn giao thông. / Supervise drivers, ensuring professionalism and compliance with traffic and safety regulations.
Theo dõi tình trạng phương tiện, lập kế hoạch bảo dưỡng, kiểm định và sửa chữa định kỳ. / Monitor vehicle conditions and plan regular maintenance, inspection, and repair schedules.
Quản lý hồ sơ, giấy phép, bảo hiểm xe và bằng lái của tài xế. / Manage all vehicle documents, insurance, licenses, and driver records.
Kiểm soát chi phí vận hành, nhiên liệu và đề xuất phương án tối ưu chi phí. / Control operational and fuel costs, and propose cost optimization solutions.
Phối hợp với các bộ phận khác (Front Office, Concierge, HR, Purchasing...) để đáp ứng nhu cầu vận chuyển kịp thời. / Coordinate with Front Office, Concierge, HR, and Purchasing to fulfill transportation needs promptly.
Đảm bảo tiêu chuẩn dịch vụ vận chuyển phù hợp với hình ảnh thương hiệu khách sạn. / Maintain transportation service standards consistent with the hotel’s brand image.
Lập báo cáo định kỳ về hoạt động, chi phí và hiệu quả vận chuyển. / Prepare regular reports on transportation operations, costs, and performance.

Yêu cầu công việc

Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng/Đại học chuyên ngành Quản trị Du lịch – Khách sạn, Logistics hoặc tương đương. / College or University degree in Hospitality Management, Logistics, or related field.
Có ít nhất 3-5 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí giám sát hoặc quản lý vận chuyển, ưu tiên trong ngành khách sạn hoặc resort. / Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial transportation role, preferably in hotel or resort sector.
Hiểu biết về quản lý đội xe, quy định giao thông và an toàn vận hành. / Strong knowledge of fleet management, transportation laws, and safety standards.
Kỹ năng lãnh đạo, tổ chức và giao tiếp tốt. / Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Có khả năng giao tiếp bằng Tiếng Anh (ưu tiên ứng viên giao tiếp tốt với khách quốc tế). / Good English communication skills, especially with international guests.
Sử dụng thành thạo Microsoft Office và các phần mềm quản lý vận chuyển là lợi thế. / Proficient in Microsoft Office and fleet management software (an advantage).
Tác phong chuyên nghiệp, trung thực, linh hoạt và có tinh thần phục vụ cao. / Professional appearance, honesty, flexibility, and strong service mindset.
