Mô tả công việc
- Quản lý toàn bộ hoạt động thể thao, giải trí và hồ bơi của khách sạn/resort. / Manage all sports, leisure, and pool operations of the hotel/resort.
- Lên kế hoạch và triển khai các chương trình giải trí, hoạt động thể thao, sự kiện cho khách hàng. / Plan and implement leisure programs, sports activities, and guest events.
- Giám sát nhân viên bộ phận thể thao & giải trí, bao gồm huấn luyện viên, hướng dẫn viên, cứu hộ. / Supervise Sports & Leisure team including instructors, guides, and lifeguards.
- Đảm bảo tất cả hoạt động tuân thủ quy định an toàn và tiêu chuẩn dịch vụ của khách sạn. / Ensure all activities comply with safety regulations and hotel service standards.
- Kiểm soát ngân sách, chi phí hoạt động và vật dụng thể thao. / Monitor budgets, operational costs, and sports equipment inventory.
- Tương tác và hỗ trợ khách hàng, đảm bảo trải nghiệm dịch vụ xuất sắc. / Interact with guests and provide outstanding customer service experiences.
- Phối hợp với các bộ phận khác (F&B, Front Office, Housekeeping) để tổ chức các sự kiện và hoạt động đặc biệt. / Coordinate with other departments (F&B, Front Office, Housekeeping) for special events and activities.
- Đào tạo nhân viên, phát triển kỹ năng và duy trì hiệu suất làm việc cao. / Train staff, develop skills, and maintain high performance.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng/Đại học chuyên ngành Quản trị Du lịch – Khách sạn, Thể thao hoặc quản lý giải trí. / College or University degree in Hospitality Management, Sports, or Leisure Management.
- Có ít nhất 3-5 năm kinh nghiệm quản lý bộ phận thể thao & giải trí, ưu tiên trong khách sạn/resort. / Minimum 3 -5 years experience managing Sports & Leisure departments, preferably in hotel/resort industry.
- Kỹ năng lãnh đạo, quản lý đội nhóm và tổ chức sự kiện tốt. / Strong leadership, team management, and event organization skills.
- Am hiểu quy trình an toàn hồ bơi, cứu hộ và các hoạt động thể thao ngoài trời. / Knowledge of pool safety, lifeguard procedures, and outdoor sports activities.
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp và phục vụ khách hàng xuất sắc, biết lắng nghe và giải quyết vấn đề. / Excellent communication and guest service skills, with problem-solving ability.
- Có khả năng giao tiếp bằng Tiếng Anh (ưu tiên ứng viên giao tiếp tốt với khách quốc tế). / Good English communication skills, especially with international guests.
- Thành thạo Microsoft Office; hiểu biết về quản lý phần mềm hoạt động giải trí là lợi thế. / Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of leisure management software is an advantage.
