Mô tả công việc

Manage all operations of the Guest Relations department, ensuring excellent guest service.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with guests, especially VIPs.
Handle guest complaints, feedback, and requests promptly and efficiently.
Coordinate with other departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Concierge) to ensure seamless guest experience.
Plan guest care programs, special services, and VIP events.
Train and supervise Guest Relations staff on communication, customer service, and internal procedures.
Monitor and report guest satisfaction metrics (Guest Satisfaction Index – GSI).
Recommend service and process improvements for guest care.

Yêu cầu công việc

College or University degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field.
Minimum 3 years experience in Guest Relations, preferably in 4–5 star hotels.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and complaint handling skills.
Strong team management and training skills.
Good English communication skills, especially with international guests.
Professional appearance, honesty, flexibility, and strong service mindset.
