Mô tả công việc

A Marketing Executive is responsible for raising awareness of new products, brands and services via campaigns and projects and ensuring that tasks are completed on time and to the specified requirement* ensuring that the hotel style and Hilton brand standards are maintained.

Monitor the market trends, competitor activities and customer behaviors on the monthly basis.
Support Director of Marketing to define the marketing and communications plan for the hotel and its different profit centers at placel area country and international levels as well as B2B and B2C.
To increase the hotel's exposure in external communications networks, and build up a good working relationship with the press and local media
Work with hotel team to conduct the professional photo shooting and video shooting with the third party when requested
Support the director of marketing on PR, advertising, paperwork...
Work with Graphic Designers for the collaterals including coilaterals, menu, posters, flyers...
Participate in the weekly/monthly meeting of the hotel to contribute ideas from marketing sides.
Coordinate the promotional activities, events, and PR activities.
Manage and execute the social media campaigns.
Liaise with internal and external teams to ensure that tasks are completed, and programs are delivered on time.
Responsible of the marketing collaterals from creation to promotion (press releases, hotel factsheetl advertisements and publicity materials, restaurant menus)
Where required by Commercial Director and Marcom Director to assist, manage and coordinate any ad-hoc projects relating to Marketing and Communications
Undertake such other duties, training and/or hours of work as may be reasonably required, and which are consistent with the general level of responsibility of this job
