Content Creator

- Conduct in-depth research on the industry, products, target customers, and content trends to develop appropriate content.

- Develop content for blogs, newspapers, descriptions, social media, and customers' websites.

- Support the Digital Marketing team in developing content for advertising campaigns.

- Edit content as requested.

- Revise content to make it more accessible to readers.

- Propose ideas and build concepts for shooting sessions (photos, videos) serving communication campaigns.

- Write and present visual briefs for designers, ensuring consistency between content and visual expression.

- Conduct keyword research and apply best SEO practices to increase traffic to the company’s website.

- Create attractive titles and content that capture the attention of the target audience.

- Identify customer needs and propose new content to fill the gaps in the company’s current content.

- Participate in hotel surveys and business trips if required.

- Making work evaluation reports, reporting performance and reporting related KPIs.

- Social insurance after signing the official labor contract.

- Commission policies according to the company's internal policy.

- After signing the official contract, performance reviews every 6 months.

- Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm, Saturday (WFH) 8:30am to 12:00pm.

- At least 01 years of experience in the position of Content Writer/Content Creator/Copywriting.

- Creativity, analytical thinking, and organizational skills are an advantage.

- Computer skills in word processing and database management.

- English proficiency: good listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.

- Good communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Good health, able to go on business trips outside the city.

- Ability to work independently and manage time well.
