JOB SUMMARY:
- Handle all property’s bookings (short and long stay) timely, accurately and according to set policies to ensure quality of service and smooth running operations
MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process all reservations in a timely manner and constantly work to convert inquiries and upsell booking request.
- Input reservations details into PMS promptly with accuracy and efficiency
- File all correspondence relating to reservations in a timely manner
- To be completely familiar with all the property inventory including special advantages, amenities and special features of each suite as well as all guest and public facilities.
- To be completely familiar with the property’s selling strategy (pricing and availability)
- Develops and maintains good relationships with all guests and clients
- Responsible for all tasks assigned by the reservation manager
- Report any complaints or abnormal occurrence to the reservation manager
KEY RELATIONSHIPS:
- Hotel employees
- Interact with guests, clients and individuals

- Đánh giá và tăng lương theo năng lực hằng năm.

Yêu cầu công việc
- At least 1 year of related experience
- Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or Business Administration
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English to interact with guests and clients
- Selling skills
- Attention to details, organized
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of PMS preferred
