Mô tả công việc

Yêu cầu công việc
- Ưu tiên ứng viên có từ 2 năm kinh nghiệm trở lên tại vị trí bếp phó điều hành hoặc tương đương tại các khách sạn - Resort 5 sao/Preferred candidates with at least 2 years of experience as an Executive Sous Chef or equivalent position in 5-star hotels or resorts.
- Am hiểu ẩm thực Á – Âu và kỹ thuật chế biến chuyên nghiệp, nắm vững quy trình VSATTP- HACCP/ Knowledgeable in Asian and Western cuisine, professional cooking techniques, and well-versed in food safety standards and HACCP procedures.
- Sáng tạo, chủ động đề xuất món mới và cải thiện menu/ Creative and proactive in proposing new dishes and improving the menu.
- Khả năng lãnh đạo xuất sắc trong việc điều hành bếp, tổ chức nhân sự và quản lý chi phí, kiểm soát food cost, định lượng món, kiểm kê nguyên liệu.../Excellent leadership skills in kitchen operations, staff management, and cost control, with strong proficiency in managing food cost, portioning, and inventory.
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp và giải quyết vấn đề/ Communication and problem-solving skills
- Khả năng giao tiếp tiếng Anh tốt/Proficiency in English communication (4 skills).
