Mô tả công việc

Supervise, ensuring compliance with all hotel policies and procedures; and local and government regulations pertaining to employment practices.
Coordinate with the hiring managers on the recruitment of Rank & File employees based on approval by the divisional head and General Manager, following established standards, policies and procedures
Process day-to-day People & Culture administration in an accurate and timely manner
Create and update employee data record in system
Conduct and ensure smooth onboarding experience for all new hires
Manage resignation and clearance procedures
Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the assigned by the Management
Tracking and follow up due date of probation, labor contract, visa, work permit, etc.
Check Heartists attendance and payroll

Yêu cầu công việc

Certificate or Diploma in Human Resources/ Business school
3 years’ experience in hospitality industry and/ or Human Resources
Strong administration and organizational skill
Computer skill: Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
Languages: fluent in Vietnamese and English language (both spoken and written)
