Landscape Supervisor (6-month Contract)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Job summary

• Develop and manage routine maintenance plans: watering, fertilizing, trimming, pest and disease control. | Lập kế hoạch bảo dưỡng định kỳ: tưới nước, bón phân, cắt tỉa, phòng trừ sâu bệnh.
• Monitor the daily work quality of in-house landscaping staff or contractors. | Kiểm tra chất lượng công việc hằng ngày của đội ngũ công nhân cây xanh hoặc nhà thầu.
• Inspect plant health and propose replacement or improvement when necessary. | Theo dõi tình trạng cây trồng, đề xuất thay thế hoặc cải tạo khi cần thiết.
• Ensure all landscaped areas are clean, safe, and meet the resort’s aesthetic standards. |Đảm bảo cảnh quan luôn sạch sẽ, an toàn và đạt tiêu chuẩn thẩm mỹ của thương hiệu.
• Coordinate with related departments (Engineering, Security, Housekeeping, etc.) for maintenance tasks or landscape-related issues. | Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan (Kỹ thuật, An ninh, Housekeeping…) trong các công tác bảo trì hoặc sự cố liên quan đến cảnh quan.
• Oversee the usage of materials, fertilizers, and gardening tools; submit purchase requests when needed. |Giám sát việc sử dụng vật tư, phân bón, dụng cụ làm vườn; đề xuất mua hàng khi cần.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports for the Department Head. | Báo cáo công việc hằng ngày/tuần cho Trưởng bộ phận.
• Supervise all landscape maintenance activities, including trees, plants, flowers, and lawn care within the resort premises. | Giám sát toàn bộ công tác chăm sóc cảnh quan, cây xanh, hoa, thảm cỏ trong khuôn viên resort.

Qualification Requirements

• Kinh nghiệm tối thiểu 1–2 năm trong lĩnh vực cảnh quan hoặc cây xanh. | Minimum 1–2 years of experience in landscaping or horticulture.
• Hiểu biết về kỹ thuật trồng, chăm sóc, cắt tỉa và phòng bệnh cho cây. | Strong knowledge of planting, maintenance, trimming, and plant disease control.
• Kỹ năng giám sát và phân công công việc. | Good supervision and task-assignment skills.
• Chịu được áp lực công việc, làm việc ngoài trời. Able to work outdoors and under pressure.
• Ưu tiên ứng viên từng làm việc trong resort/khu nghỉ dưỡng. | Experience in resorts or hospitality environments is an advantage.
