WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
• Support the F&B Operations Manager in overseeing restaurant, bar, banquet, and in-room dining operations.
• Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor and maintain hygiene, safety, and HACCP standards across all outlets.
• Assist in staff training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Collaborate with culinary and service teams to optimize workflows and guest experience.
• Analyze operational data and contribute to cost control and revenue strategies.

Yêu cầu công việc
YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE:
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an F&B supervisory or assistant management roles.
Knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP).
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in hotel management or a related field.
• Strong command of English, both verbal and written. • Result-oriented, team management and leadership skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, combined with strong organizational and training skills.
