Main Responsibilities
• Plan the roster and supervise the staffs in the receiving, store and cost control section.
• Prepare the daily food and beverage cost reports
• Prepare month-end Cost Control Report and comments on the F&B outlets performance.
• Implementation of purchasing P&P and provide guidance to all the junior staff of the department accordingly.
• Audit the numerical sequence of the officers/entertainment checks and promptly investigate any missing checks.
• Account for the numerical sequence of the captain orders and to ensure that items in the captain order are posted to the Guest Bill. To promptly investigate any missing captain order or items that shows discrepancies.
Other Responsibilities
• Obtain the best value at the lowest price consistent with hotel’s established quality standards and delivery schedule.
• Handle communications and corrective actions concerning over shipment, shortages, price change.
• Keep update on current law, rules and regulation effecting purchasing and hotel operation. Ensure that financial transactions are conducted in accordance with law and Hotel policies and procedures.

Yêu cầu công việc
Knowledge and Experience
• Vocational Certificate in Accounting or related field.
• Four year experience in accounting, familiar with Sun and MC system is advantage, Has good knowledge of Hotel Operation, Focus on cost of food and beverage, Inventory is advantage.
• Proficient of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office.
• Good Communication and writing skills.

• Demonstrate ability to interact with employees.
• Has a broad knowledge of how the business is run, focuses on the major factors necessary to ensure that the business is successful and profitable
• Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities
• Self-motivated and energetic
• Perform any other duties, which may be assigned by the management from time to time.
