General Maintenance

Primary Responsibilities

• To inspect, clean, operate all system: electrical system, air-conditioning system, plumping system, mechanical equipment…

• To maintain and repair all electrical appliances, kitchen equipment.

• To replace electrical light bulbs and fluorescent tubes according to schedule or if required.

• To inspect, clean, maintain, and repair all electrical lighting fixtures, neon signs and emergency lighting.

• To maintain emergency power supply and uninterruptible power supply systems.

• To check, maintain electrical motors and control panels.

• To inspect, clean, maintain sewage treatment system, swimming pool water treatment system.

Other Responsibilities

• Perform duties outside the scope of the position in case of emergency, when called upon.

• Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• Attend meetings and training sessions as required.

• Responsible for complying with relevant OH&S, EEO, Rehabilitation and Environmental legislation & policies.

• Taking care of themselves and others.

• Co-operating with ACCOR instructions including local rules, procedures & training.

• Not interfering with or misusing safety equipment.

• Reporting all hazardous situations to management.

• 02 months of probation with Full salary
• 05 working days, 02 day-off per week

• Degree in mechanical and electrical engineering

• 1 years in industry experience in a similar role

• Experience in similar size/style of hotel 4*, 5* resort/business

• Good command of written and spoken English

• Ability to find fault and rectify subsystems are essentials.
