Lounge Manager

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day lounge operations, ensuring a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for guests.
• Implement and maintain service standards, policies, and procedures.
• Manage lounge budgets, control costs, and monitor financial performance.
• Track sales, analyze performance metrics, and develop strategies to increase revenue.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for food, beverage, and amenities.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to promote special events, seasonal offers, or new menu items. Support brand initiatives to enhance lounge visibility and guest engagement.

• 02 months of probation with Full salary
• 05 working days, 02 day-off per week

Knowledge and Experience

• Diploma in Hospitality Management/Food & Beverage preferred

• Additional certification(s) in Food & Beverage will be an advantage

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity

• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language

• Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage

• Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
