General Ledger (Kế Toán Tổng Hợp)

Job Objective:

To ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data, support hotel operations through timely financial reporting, maintain compliance with hospitality accounting standards.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Accounting Operations

• Record daily financial transactions in compliance with hotel policies and VAS.
• Monitor and verify revenue postings from all hotel outlets (FO, F&B, Spa…).
• Reconcile daily revenue with Opera/PMS, POS, and accounting system.
• Review and validate payment vouchers, invoices, and expense claims.

Financial Control & Reconciliation

• Reconcile AP, AR, inventory, fixed assets, prepaid expenses, and GL accounts.
• Work with departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure proper documentation.
• Maintain accurate and organized accounting records for audits.

Management & Financial Reporting

• Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.
• Conduct expense analysis and support cost control reporting.
• Assist in annual budgeting and monthly forecasting.

Tax & Compliance

• Prepare and submit VAT, PIT, CIT, and other tax filings.
• Ensure compliance with accounting, tax regulations, and corporate standards.
• Support tax audits, financial audits, and internal compliance reviews.

Assets, Inventory, Cash & Bank

• Manage fixed asset movements, depreciation, and periodic inventory counts.
• Perform monthly cash and bank reconciliations.
• Coordinate with Cost Controller and Purchasing on vendor reconciliation.

Operational Support

• Collaborate with hotel departments to align financial procedures with standards.
• Provide financial insights to enhance operational and cost efficiency.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Financial Controller.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Auditing.
• Strong understanding of hospitality accounting procedures and VAS.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in accounting;
• Experience in hotels or hospitality industry (4–5 star level preferred).
• Familiarity with PMS (Opera), POS systems, and hotel accounting software (SunSystems, SAP, MISA, etc.) is an advantage
