Income Auditor (Kế Toán Doanh Thu)

• Verify daily revenue from all hotel outlets (Front Office, F&B, Spa, Recreation…).
• Check accuracy of postings in PMS (Opera), POS, and other systems.
• Review voids, rebates, discounts, house checks, and complimentary transactions.
• Highlight irregularities or suspicious transactions and report timely.

Daily Reconciliation

• Reconcile revenue reports with system-generated data and supporting documents.
• Ensure all transactions are supported with valid approvals and proper documentation.
• Reconcile cashier reports, credit card settlements, city ledger transfers, and deposit records.

Reporting

• Prepare Daily Revenue Report (DRR) and distribute to relevant departments.
• Summarize revenue variances, outlet performance, and key findings.
• Assist in monthly revenue reconciliation and closing.

Compliance & Audit

• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, internal controls, and accounting standards.
• Maintain organized records for internal and external audits.
• Coordinate with Front Office, F&B, and other departments to resolve discrepancies.

Other Duties

• Support cost control and financial analysis when required.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by General Ledger/Financial Controller.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in accounting or income audit (hospitality preferred).
• Knowledge of PMS (Opera), POS systems, and Excel.
• High attention to detail, integrity, and analytical thinking.
