- Oversee all accounting and purchasing, IT functions.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of all financial in compliance with USALI and Accor guidelines.
- Implement and maintain robust internal control systems to safeguard hotel assets, prevent fraud, and ensure financial integrity.
- Manage the hotel's cash flow effectively, including bank reconciliations and treasury management.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in the similar leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of Vietnam financial regulations, GAAP/IFRS, USALI.
- Strong proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and audit processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proven leadership abilities and experience managing a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management.
