Mô tả công việc

Handle sales inquiries and prepare quotations, contracts, and proposals.

Support the Sales Team with follow-ups, client communication, and appointment scheduling.

Coordinate with Reservations and other departments to ensure accurate bookings and group arrangements.

Maintain sales records, update document, and prepare basic sales reports.

Assist with promotions, events, and FAM trips as needed

Provide professional support to clients before, during, and after their stay

Yêu cầu công việc

A degree in Hospitality or Administration Management preferred.At least one year in an administrative role; guest service experience is a plus.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Reliable, patient, and professional.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in MS Office and tech-savvy.

Detail-oriented and efficient.

Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and reporting.

Highly motivated with a "can-do" attitude.
