1. Report on duty 15 minutes before the commencement of shift to take over any events happened during the previous shift and having brief meeting with the security guards before sending them to different positions / Có mặt 15 phút trước khi bắt đầu ca để tiếp nhận các sự việc xảy ra trong ca trước và họp giao ban với nhân viên bảo vệ trước khi phân công các chốt trực

2. Patrol throughout the Property ONE per shift to ensure the security, safety and fire safety of the complex and its occupants, record the station callpoints in the premises / Đi tuần tra khắp Tòa nhà hai lần mỗi ca để đảm bảo an ninh, an toàn và phòng cháy chữa cháy của tòa nhà và người cư ngụ, ghi nhận lại các trạm trong tòa nhà

3. Provide whatever physical support may be necessary to ensure the security, fire safety, safety and harmony of the Property / Hỗ trợ khi cần thiết để đảm bảo an ninh, an toàn phòng cháy chữa cháy, an toàn và hài hòa của tòa nhà

4. Monitor the movement of employees and other persons throughout the Property, giving special attention to plants rooms, storage areas, the route taken by employees / Quan sát sự di chuyển của nhân viên và những người khác trong tòa nhà, đặc biệt chú ý đến các phòng máy, kho bãi, lối đi lại của nhân viên.

5. When necessary, report any occurrence or event associated with the security, fire safety, safety happened during the shift on duty and record detailed incident report for the information of the Security Manager by end of the shift on duty / Khi cần thiết, báo cáo bất kỳ sự cố hoặc sự kiện nào liên quan đến an ninh, an toàn phòng cháy chữa cháy, an toàn đã xảy ra trong ca làm việc và ghi nhận lại chi tiết về sự cố để cung cấp thông tin cho Trưởng phòng an ninh vào cuối ca làm việc.

6. Notify the Engineering Department all maintenance defects detected during patrol relating to security, fire safety and safety / Thông báo cho Bộ phận Kỹ thuật tất cả các lỗi bảo trì được phát hiện trong quá trình tuần tra liên quan đến an ninh, an toàn phòng cháy chữa cháy và an toàn

7. Conduct employees bags, lockers and vehicles searches only whilst in premises / Kiểm tra túi xách, giỏ xách của nhân viên khi đang trong phạm vi tòa nhà

8. Escort visitors, contractors, suppliers, moving services whilst in premises, such escort not to exceed the boundary of the Property / Hộ tống khách, nhà thầu, nhà cung cấp, dịch vụ chuyển hàng khi ở trong khuôn viên tòa nhà

9. Assist guests check-in & check-out with luggage / Hỗ trợ hành lý của khách checkin và checkout

10. Be conversant with all fire and emergency procedures and equipment / Thông thạo tất cả các quy trình giải quyết sự cố khẩn cấp và thiết bị cứu hỏa

11. Perform any other assignments as directed by the Security Manager / Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo chỉ dẫn của Trưởng phòng bảo vệ

At least 1 year in the hospitality industry. / Có ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực dịch vụ.
