Administrative Support
• Prepare, organize, and maintain sales contracts, agreements, proposals, and related documents.
• Manage and update customer databases, contact lists, and sales reports.
• Assist in preparing presentations, meeting materials, and monthly performance reports.
• Maintain well-organized filing systems (digital and physical) in compliance with TUI BLUE procedures.
Sales Coordination
• Handle inquiries from clients, partners, and travel agencies; ensure timely and accurate responses.
• Coordinate sales appointments, site inspections, and familiarization trips.
• Support the Sales team in preparing quotations, event orders, and follow-up communication.
• Assist in monitoring reservation requests, group blocks, and lead status through the Sales system (CRM/PMS).
Communication & Customer Service
• Liaise effectively with internal departments (Front Office, Reservations, F&B, Events, Accounting) to ensure smooth execution of bookings and events.
• Maintain professional email and phone communication aligned with TUI BLUE service standards.
• Provide courteous support to clients, ensuring efficient problem resolution and information flow.
Reporting & Data Management
• Compile daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.
• Track KPIs, market segments, conversion rates, and group performance.
• Support audit requirements by maintaining accurate and up-to-date administrative records.

Yêu cầu công việc
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales Administration, Reservations, or similar hotel role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with hotel PMS/CRM systems is an advantage.
• Good command of English (both written and spoken).
• Professional, proactive, and service-oriented mindset aligned with TUI BLUE brand culture.
