Guest Services & Front Desk Operations
• Welcome guests warmly and assist with check-in, check-out, and registration procedures.
• Provide accurate information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Ensure all guest interactions reflect TUI BLUE service standards.
• Manage room keys, luggage tags, and guest documentation securely.
PMS & Administrative Tasks
• Accurately update guest profiles, reservations, billing, and payments in the PMS (e.g., Opera).
• Prepare daily reports, registration cards, and shift handover notes.
• Follow cashiering procedures and ensure proper handling of deposits and transactions.
Communication & Coordination
• Coordinate with Housekeeping on room readiness and special requests.
• Liaise with Engineering, F&B, Security, and other departments to ensure seamless guest service.
• Communicate guest preferences, incidents, and follow-up actions clearly during handovers.
Service Quality & Standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area.
• Uphold grooming standards, professionalism, and brand service guidelines.
• Support guest satisfaction initiatives and contribute to positive review performance.

Yêu cầu công việc
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related fields (preferred).
• Previous hotel experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Good English proficiency (spoken & written).
• Familiarity with PMS systems (Opera preferred) and MS Office.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
• Calm, courteous, and professional under pressure.
