Arrival & Departure Services
• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with luggage unloading and transport to/from guest rooms.
• Escort guests to rooms, explain room features, and ensure their needs are met.
• Handle departures, assist with luggage collection, and arrange transportation as needed.
• Ensure timely delivery of amenities, parcels, messages, and guest requests.
Guest Assistance & Hospitality
• Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Assist guests with taxis, shuttle services, parking, and transportation arrangements.
• Maintain professional, courteous interactions following TUI BLUE service standards.
• Support guest service operations during peak hours or special events.
Lobby & Entrance Management
• Maintain cleanliness, order, and safety at the lobby, porte-cochère, and entrance.
• Assist with door-opening, greeting guests, and managing guest flow.
• Monitor lobby traffic and coordinate with Front Desk to ensure smooth operations.
Luggage & Equipment Handling
• Tag, store, and retrieve luggage properly and safely.
• Handle lost & found items following hotel procedures.
• Ensure proper upkeep of trolleys, luggage rooms, and equipment.
Security & Safety Assistance
• Observe and report unusual activities or safety hazards to Duty Manager/Security.
• Assist during emergencies by guiding guests and supporting evacuation procedures.

Yêu cầu công việc
Qualifications & Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in guest service or similar hotel role preferred.
• Good communication skills; basic English ability preferred.
• Physically fit and able to handle luggage safely.
• Customer-oriented, polite, and well-groomed.
• Familiarity with hotel facilities and local area is an advantage.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Friendly, energetic, and helpful attitude.
• Reliable, disciplined, and responsible.
• Calm under pressure with a positive service mindset.
