Bar Operations

Supervise bar operations, ensuring smooth and efficient daily workflow.

Prepare, mix, and serve beverages according to established recipes and standards.

Ensure bar setup, cleanliness, and equipment readiness at all times.

Monitor beverage quality, consistency, and presentation.

Manage opening and closing procedures of the bar.

Guest Service

Ensure attentive, professional, and personalized service for all guests.

Handle guest inquiries, preferences, and complaints promptly and effectively.

Maintain strong product knowledge of cocktails, wine, spirits, and bar promotions.

Team Supervision & Training

Support recruitment, training, and development of bar staff.

Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to service standards.

Foster a positive, team-oriented working environment.

Inventory & Financial Control

Monitor and control bar inventory, stock rotation, and requisitions.

Conduct regular stock checks and report discrepancies.

Ensure accurate posting and billing through the POS system.

Support cost control efforts, including minimizing wastage and breakage.

Compliance & Safety

Ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.

Adhere to hotel policies, grooming standards, and safety procedures.

Ensure all bar equipment is properly maintained and functioning.

Yêu cầu công việc

Qualifications & Requirements

Diploma or certificate in Hospitality or related fields preferred.

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a bar or beverage service role, with supervisory experience in a 4–5 stars hotel preferred.

Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and mixology.

Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

High level of organization, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Service-minded, professional appearance, and alignment with hotel brand standards.

Basic to good English communication skills.
